I’m bringing my favourite topic to you today - Masturbation! I am joined by my friend and colleague Elaine Yonge. Elaine is described as a Celtic blend of breathworker, bodyworker, spiritual sexologist and scientist. Initially educated and practicing as a medical scientist, a crushing grief event altered the course of Elaine's life forever in ways she didn't expect.
